# Privacy notice

Rush Media LLC, of Cedar Valley, Utah, runs rushmedia.dev.

## What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, organization if you give one, and message.

Cloudflare serves the site, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is sending the form. To do that, they process technical data such as your IP address and browser details. See the [Cloudflare privacy policy](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/) and the [Turnstile privacy addendum](https://www.cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy/).

## Why

Only to reply to you.

## Where and for how long

Messages are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and deleted 12 months after they arrive. A notification copy goes to Justin Jones by email through Cloudflare Email Service.

## Deletion

To have a message deleted from the database and from Justin's email, ask through the [contact form](https://rushmedia.dev/contact) from the email address you used.

## What this site does not do

No tracking cookies, no analytics, no ads and no selling of data.
